CFMR group classes combine functional fitness movements, with high intensity . Our small classes are never the same, and are designed to equally challenge all athletes regardless of fitness level.
Personal Training
Group classes aren’t your style. Prefer a more individualised approach or program tailored to your specific needs. We offer 45 minute personal coaching sessions with any coach of your choice.
Nutrition Coaching
We have a range of Nutrition coaching options available to people who are looking to put all the pieces of deep health together.

Mindfulness & Yoga
Each Saturday morning 10:45am we practice a secular Mindfulness training. Every Thursday Evening 6:30pm we offer a Yin Yoga practice. Free for members or book online for non-members.
