We Offer GROUP CLASSES, PERSONAL, NUTRITION & MINDFULNESS COACHING + YOGA.
Group Workouts or WOD’s (workout of the day) are available 7 days a week.
We also offer Personal & Nutrition Coaching, that can be done at any mutually agreed time, with a coach.
Yoga + Mindfulness are free programs for members. Non-Members can join these classes by booking on this website at the visitors tab for $33.
Mindfulness is currently not on the timetable until 2025
