Left Over Broccoli and Eggs

Protein

  • 1 palm of eggs= 2-3

Healthy Fats

  • 1 thumb of butter or chilli oil

Vegetables

  • 1 -2 fists of left over cooked broccoli

Smart Carbs

  • 1 cupped handful of cooked quinoa

Melt butter in the pan, stir fry your quinoa and broccoli for a couple of minutes. Then scramble your eggs in the same pan.

Add grated parmesan, fresh/dried chilli & salt and pepper to taste
